1. Program Description
SquareStone Protection Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program") that allows enrolled users to receive SMS/MMS text messages related to our insurance products and services. By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
2. Types of Messages
If you opt in to our SMS Program, you may receive the following types of messages:
- Appointment and consultation reminders
- Policy updates and renewal notifications
- Insurance plan information and educational content
- Promotional offers and special enrollment updates
- Responses to your inquiries or service requests
- Medicare and open enrollment period alerts
3. Opt-In / Consent
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from SquareStone Protection Group LLC by:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms at squarestoneprotectiongroup.com
- Texting a designated keyword to our phone number when prompted
- Providing verbal or written consent during a phone call or in-person consultation
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service from us. You may decline to opt in or opt out at any time without any effect on your ability to use our services or purchase our products. SMS messaging is entirely voluntary.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your account activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though this number may vary. We will never send excessive or unnecessary messages.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may be charged for each message sent and received. Please contact your wireless service provider for details about your messaging plan and any applicable fees. SquareStone Protection Group LLC is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
6. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further messages unless you opt in again.

8. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other major carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator, and is outside of our control.
9. Privacy & Data Use
Your phone number and any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will never sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number, SMS opt-in consent data, or any mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your information is used solely for the purpose of delivering the messaging services you have consented to and providing insurance-related services. You may request deletion of your phone number from our messaging records at any time by contacting us.
10. Supported Carriers
Our SMS Program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and other supported carriers. However, not all carriers guarantee delivery of all message types (e.g., MMS).
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued participation in our SMS Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
